Patisserie
In November 2009 I ran the first Cupcake Camp Adelaide, a successful fundraiser selling cupcakes for Camp Quality. We made over $1000 and sold over 400 cupcakes!
After this event I decided to start my own business, Cupcake Treats. We provide cupcakes for any event in Adelaide! We also provide cupcake wrappers, custom printed logos, cupcake stand hire and more.
In 2010 I commenced formal study in Patisserie at Regency TAFE to expand my skill knowledge and improve my business. I run two websites that document all of my dessert and pastry study and knowledge which are regularly updated as well as my business website, Cupcake Treats.
